Guest will enjoy this beautifully designed three-story, graceful – yet - rustic cabin in Mentone.
The original owner, Tommy Milham, designed the cabin with a uniquely and expertly blended range of sawmilled hardwoods: wormy maple, poplar, chestnut, walnut, red oak, hard pine, cedar, and hickory. The cabin sits on a 3-acre fully stocked lake with large mouth bass and blue gill brim (bring your own fishing poles) that was built from the sale of a ring given to Tommy by Elvis Presley in 1976.
Enjoy the serene sound of water flowing from the spring-fed lake to the stone spillway/waterfall while playing outdoor ping pong, horseshoes, canoeing, or sitting around the fire pit with the largest made commercial smokeless fire stove.
Beulah (means a slice of Heaven) is the perfect retreat for families or other gatherings of up to 16 guests. Indoor activities include air hockey, foosball, and darts.
The cabin features four bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and a loft sleeping area. The large master bedroom/bathroom is on the top floor. It is furnished with a king-sized bed. The adjacent loft has 1 queen bed. The main floor has two bedrooms/1 bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The ground floor has 2 sets of bunkbeds with double mattresses on the bottom bunks and twin mattresses on the top bunks.
There are two living spaces:
The grand living space features a majestic wood-burning fireplace framed in gorgeous stone and is open to a large kitchen/dining area. There is a 50” Roku smart TV, a comfortable sofa, love seat and cowhide chair. It opens to a large front porch deck with porch swings to enjoy a spectacular view of the lake…enjoy morning coffee or a nice sunset.
The ground floor living space features a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, sofa, and chair, along with a 43” Roku smart tv. It is adjacent to the game room and laundry room. This space opens into a ground-floor patio that is very spacious. The patio includes a large gas grill and Blackstone griddle, two picnic tables, an outdoor ping pong table, and sitting area. The fire pit is near the lake and has comfortable seating.

We take your health seriously. All mattresses / box springs have bedbug protectors. All towels and linens are sanitized between each guest. All hard surfaces are sanitized.
